DIGICORP Acquires Phones to Own Business Systems

Local Technology Leader, DIGICORP, Intends To Create Jobs

On December 31st, 2009, DIGICORP completed the acquisition of Phones To

Own Business Systems. Since 1976, both firms have been providing commercial

telephone solutions to Southeastern Wisconsin businesses.

 

DIGICORP President George Fahr states: “We are extremely pleased with this

acquisition. Both firms work closely with a very large telephone system customer

base. In addition, at DIGICORP we have several successful business solutions

that Phones To Own could not offer to their customers previously.”

 

Fahr also says, “Our goal is to continue to provide great service to our current

customers while offering our expertise to the new customer base that Phones To

Own is adding to the DIGICORP roster of valued customers. We are also proud
to announce that as a locally owned and operated firm, we plan to create more
jobs for Southeastern Wisconsin.”

 

In addition to commercial phone systems, DIGICORP is an industry leader in

computer networking, computer security, video teleconferencing and IP video

surveillance. DIGICORP operates offices in Milwaukee and Madison.
